This is a fraud company. You do not get rises even after 5 years. When you ask for rises they set targets to achieve next year( it when you ask for rise). They drop engineers on floor for indefinite period of time. Salary standards are low, from profits he made by not giving enough salary to employees they buy companies every year. In this company, only politics work, your talent does not matter. Engineering director suppose to be a lay men, just by talking mgmt believe in him as a talented guy. So many politics in engineering that manager and director become. It's a shame on you and shame on plasma therm.

Amazon investment of $700 mil and $500 mil from Ford. This company is here to stay. And RJ Scaringe is not being disdainful of legacy car industry and their expertise, like Musk. This probably means the R1T and the R1S will come into production close to on time, in real time, unlike Tesla time.

I am a patient of Dr Kaushal who was to operate on the hole in my retina. I understand he is no longer at Retina Speciality, but I would like to continue to see him. I would also like to be included on any clinical trials for dry macular degeneration. If you could please let me know where he is practicing or if he has simply decided to do research I would certainly appreciate it!!!

FYI - the Wikipedia article on Dr. Santilli is a total smear job composed by wanna-be-know-it-alls with too much time on their hands. Don’t get me wrong, I still think Wikipedia is a wonderful tool and appreciate the contributions of people around the world in creating and maintaining this reservoir of knowledge - but they are just people.. and as so, flawed. How do I put this.. if you peek behind the curtain of Dr. Santilli’s article, you will find a bunch of Jeff Albertsons. (aka the Comic Book Store Guy from the TV Show The Simpsons - less the small business owner/employed part) They believe without a doubt Santilli is “fringe ” because, well, it says so on Wikipedia - and thus, they can ignore him and anyone who supports him is a “scammer”. So is the greatest scientific philosopher of the 20th century, Karl Popper, now a “scammer” because he not only supported Dr. Santilli, but went so far as nominating him for the Noble Prize? Nope - Wikipedians/internet skeptics claimed there was NO evidence that Karl Popper ever supported Dr. Santilli and that he was just “making it all up” OPPS WIKIFAIL TIME. Here it is, in black and white from Karl Popper’s last book ‘Quantum Theory and the Schism in Physics’ Read the 1982 Preface: ‘On Realistic and Commonsense Interpretation of Quantum Theory’ (free preview on Amazon) “I have mentioned Santilli, and I should like to say that he- one who belongs to a new generation - seems to me to move on a different path. Far be it from me to belittle the giants who founded quantum mechanics under the leadership of Planck, Einstein, Bohr, Born, Heisenberg, de Broglie, Schrodinger, and Dirac. Santilli too makes it very clear how greatly he appreciates the work of these men. But in his approach he distinguishes the region of the ‘arena of incontrovertible applicability’ of quantum mechanics (he calls it ‘atomic mechanics’) from nuclear mechanics and hadronics, and his most fascinating arguments in support of the view that quantum mechanics should not, without new tests, be regarded as valid in nuclear and Hadronic mechanics, seem to me to augur a return to sanity: to that realism and objectivism for which Einstein stood, and which had been abandoned by those two very great physicists, Heisenberg and Bohr.” - Karl Popper 1982 It’s only a matter of time now before Jeff Albertsons of the world get on the bandwagon of this scientific revolution and change their tune to, Dr. Ruggero Maria Santilli “GREATEST scientist EVER”

I would disagree with the description of this video that describes Dr. Santilli’s “goal to make America energy independent” - while still true, his goals according to his book ‘New Fuels with Magnecular Structure’ are as follows: “FIRST NEED: Develop basically new energies releasing no pollutants in the atmosphere and leaving no harmful waste; SECOND NEED: Synthesize basically new fuels admitting a complete combustion so as to release no toxic substances in the exhaust; THIRD NEED: Extract carbon dioxide CO2 from our atmosphere, automotive and industrial exhaust, and recycle it into carbon C usable in industrial applications, and oxygen O2 to be released into the atmosphere so as to replenish the oxygen depletion caused by fossil fuel exhaust, namely, the permanent removal of breathable oxygen O2 from our atmosphere and its conversion into CO2 and other contaminants.”
